Attorney General Sabita Bhandari as the Chief Guest, Mr. Khemraj Gyawali, Deputy Attorney General, Inspector General Dan Bahadur Karki, and Mr. Gopal Prasad Adhikari, Chief District Officer, Kavre, as the Special Guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop featured presentations by Hon. Judge Matrika Prasad Acharya with commentary from Deputy Attorney General Khem Raj Gyawali; Senior Superintendent of Police Krishna Pangeni with commentary by Former Deputy Attorney General Gopal Prasad Rijal; Deputy Secretary Basanta Prasad Panthi with commentary from Former Joint Secretary Ratnakaji Bajracharya; and Deputy Attorney General Surya Raj Dahal with commentary by Hon. Judge Lal Bahadur Kunwar of the High Court, Lalitpur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key sessions featured insights from esteemed presenters- including judges, government prosecutors, investigators, and ministry representatives.
