It covers the areas of Salyan to the North, Dang to the East, and Bardiya to the West. In the South, it shares a border with the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/maitinepal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Banke2-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1967\" srcset=\"https:\/\/maitinepal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Banke2-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/maitinepal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Banke2-600x338.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/maitinepal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Banke2-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/maitinepal.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Banke2.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Major Achievements of 2024<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MN Transit Home Nepalgunj Intercepted 509 children and women and handed over them to their families from the border checkpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cases of Human Trafficking case were registered at the District Court of Banke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 survivors were rescued from India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,421 vehicles were inspected at Nepal-India Border.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>662 missing cases were reported to the Transit Home out of which, 278 were found and reintegrated into their families.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 cases of domestic violence were reported to the Transit Home.
