This project led by Maiti Nepal aims to prevent, intercept, and rescue women and children vulnerable to or victims of human trafficking, particularly across the Nepal-India border. The project focuses on cross-border collaboration, awareness-raising, shelter support, legal aid, and psychosocial care to ensure the protection and reintegration of survivors.

Major Objectives of 2024
- Rescue and Repatriate trafficked women and children from India and Nepal.
- Provide Shelter and Basic Services including health and psychosocial support.
- Raise Awareness on human trafficking and safe migration at border areas and in communities.
- Enhance Coordination with law enforcement and local committees to improve prevention and response.
- Foster Cross-Border Collaboration to strengthen surveillance and joint operations.
