Today, an inter-school essay competition was successfully held, bringing together Grade 8 and 9 students from six schools—Shree Sharada Secondary School, Shree Gujeshwori Secondary School, Shree Mangaladevi Secondary School, Shree Mitra Secondary School, Shree Ratna Rajya Secondary School, and Teresa Academy. The topic, “लैंगिक हिंसा अन्त्यको लागि शिक्षा र चेतनाको महत्व” (The Importance of Education and Awareness to End Gender-Based Violence), inspired thought-provoking discussions and ideas among the young participants.

Our founder and chairperson Ms. Anuradha Koirala emphasized the pivotal role of education in addressing the rising internal trafficking and combating gender-based violence. She urged students and teachers alike to take active steps in educating communities and fostering collective responsibility to create a safer, violence-free society.
