Maiti Nepal Dhanusha, with CFLI support, recently held a 2-day Life Skills & Leadership Training in Janakpurdham on October 27-28, 2024. Twenty young women and girls came together to build critical skills in problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and teamwork, led by trainer Ameet Kumar Mishra.

Through interactive exercises like role-playing, group discussions, and leadership games, participants gained self-awareness and leadership skills to tackle personal and professional challenges. Certificates were awarded at the closing ceremony, with recognition by Green Space Nepal’s Vice President. This training was a milestone in empowering future leaders for lasting impact!
