Maiti Nepal, with the generous support of Charles Darwin University, is helping women and young people build brighter futures through a range of vocational skills training programs.

The initiative provides practical, market-oriented training in slipper making, tailoring, beauty parlour services, floristry, agriculture, and barista skills. These programs are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and confidence needed to secure employment, generate income, or establish their own small businesses.

By creating opportunities for sustainable livelihoods, the training is contributing to greater economic independence and self-reliance among participants.
